Tell me about the role
The team you will be joining receive a high volume of support tickets from various companies and sectors so you will be very quickly exposed to a wide range of technology. To begin with you will mainly cover 2nd Line Support requests, but as time goes on you will begin to learn how to support various server and networking infrastructure support enquiries.

Remote Desktop Support
Microsoft 365 Packages
Firewalls & Routers
Once you have been exposed to enough 3rd Line Support enquiries you will be given the opportunity to move into a field role or an office based 3rd Line Support.
